This Privacy Policy explains how Telco Plus (“Telco Plus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information in connection with the products, platforms, and services that Telco Plus provides (collectively, the “Services”). The Services include the Telco Plus iCX platform, Telco Plus Global Connector, Telco Plus Insights, and our related telecom, connectivity, automation, and customer-experience solutions and integrations, together with Telco Plus websites, marketplace listings, and support channels.
The Services are cloud-based software and solutions operated by Telco Plus from Telco Plus-managed Azure infrastructure. They provide telecom operations, connectivity, integrations, automation, AI-assisted workflows, customer experience orchestration, reporting, and related capabilities. Individual Services may offer different features, and some sections of this Privacy Policy apply only to the Services that provide the relevant functionality.
This Privacy Policy applies to users, administrators, customers, prospective customers, and other individuals who access or interact with the Services, Telco Plus websites, marketplace listings, support channels, onboarding processes, or related services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information.
1.1 Account and Contact Information
We may collect information used to create, manage, authenticate, support, and administer customer accounts, including:
- Name
- Business email address
- Business phone number
- Company or organization name
- Job title or role
- User account identifiers
- Administrator contact information
- Support contact information
- Billing or commercial contact information, where applicable
1.2 Customer Configuration and Tenant Information
We may collect information needed to configure and operate customer workspaces, tenant-aware access controls, integrations, reporting, automation, and Service workflows, including:
- Customer name and workspace identifiers
- Tenant, organization, or environment identifiers
- User roles and permissions
- Integration configuration
- Workflow configuration
- Notification preferences
- Operational settings
- Customer-specific routing, escalation, or process configuration
1.3 Telecom Operations and Workflow Data
Depending on how a customer configures and uses the Services, the Services may process operational information related to telecom workflows, customer experience processes, integrations, support coordination, analytics, and automation. This may include:
- Customer journey signals
- Operational events
- Support or service workflow records
- Integration payloads
- System status information
- Reporting metadata
- Evidence references
- Automation inputs and outputs
- Notes, comments, or other information submitted by authorized users
Customers control the data they submit to or connect with the Services. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, notices, and permissions to provide such data to the Services.
1.4 Usage, Device, and Log Information
We may collect technical information when users access or use the Services, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type
- Operating system
- Authentication and session events
- Pages or features accessed
- Date and time of access

1.6 Notification Information
Certain Services may use Microsoft Graph to send notifications, including customer onboarding, administrative, operational, workflow, or test notification emails. When this feature is enabled, the relevant Service may process recipient email addresses, notification templates, message metadata, and delivery-related information needed to send and manage those notifications.
2. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services
- To create and manage customer workspaces and user access
- To configure integrations, workflows, reporting, and automation
- To authenticate users and enforce permissions
- To provide customer support and onboarding assistance
- To send administrative, operational, security, and service-related notifications
- To monitor Service performance, reliability, and security
- To detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, or security incidents
- To maintain audit logs and operational records
- To analyze usage trends and improve product functionality
- To comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and marketplace obligations
- To communicate with customers about the Services, account status, support, and updates
3. AI-Assisted Features
Certain Services may include AI-assisted capabilities to help support telecom operations, automation, reporting, customer experience analysis, workflow orchestration, and operational insights.
Where AI-assisted features are used:
- Customer data may be processed to generate summaries, recommendations, workflow assistance, or operational insights.
- AI outputs may be based on customer-provided data, integration data, Service configuration, evidence references, and authorized workflow context.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them for business, operational, customer-facing, regulatory, or legal decisions.
- Telco Plus may apply safeguards, logging, access controls, redaction, evidence policies, and tenant isolation controls to support responsible use of AI-assisted features.
Telco Plus does not use customer data to train public AI models unless expressly agreed in writing with the customer.
4. Customer Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of the data they provide to or connect with the Services.
Telco Plus uses customer data only as necessary to provide, operate, secure, support, maintain, and improve the Services, or as otherwise authorized by the customer or required by law.
Telco Plus does not sell customer data.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following limited circumstances.
5.1 With Authorized Customer Users
Information may be made available to users, administrators, or personnel authorized by the customer, based on roles, permissions, workspace configuration, and tenant-aware access controls.
5.2 With Service Providers and Subprocessors
We may share information with trusted service providers, cloud providers, infrastructure providers, support tools, security tools, analytics providers, and other subprocessors that help us operate, secure, support, and improve the Services.
These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide services to Telco Plus and are subject to contractual obligations intended to protect customer data.
5.3 With Microsoft Services
Because the Services are operated on Microsoft Azure and may integrate with Microsoft services, information may be processed through Microsoft cloud infrastructure and related Microsoft services used to host, secure, monitor, or support the Services.
Where a Service uses Microsoft Graph for notification delivery, relevant notification and mailbox-related data may be processed through Microsoft Graph for that purpose.
5.4 For Legal, Security, or Compliance Reasons
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request
- Enforce contracts, terms, policies, or marketplace obligations
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Telco Plus, customers, users, or others
- Detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues
- Investigate unauthorized access or misuse of the Services
5.5 In Business Transactions
If Telco Plus is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection protections.
6. Security
Telco Plus uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed by the Services. These safeguards may include:
- Tenant-aware access controls
- Role-based access controls
- Authentication and authorization controls
- Secrets management practices
- Audit logging
- Monitoring and alerting
- Data isolation controls
- Encryption where appropriate
- Secure configuration practices
- Operational review and governance processes
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Telco Plus cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect the Services and customer data using reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the Services.
7. Tenant Isolation and Access Controls
The Services are designed to support customer-scoped workflows and tenant-aware access controls. Access to customer data and workspace information is governed by roles, permissions, Service configuration, and operational controls.
Customers are responsible for managing their authorized users, role assignments, access approvals, and use of the Services within their organization.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, support auditability, and operate the Services.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of data, customer configuration, legal requirements, operational needs, and contractual commitments.
Customers may request deletion, export, or return of customer data as provided in their agreement with Telco Plus, applicable law, or agreed support process.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing required privacy notices to their users, employees, customers, or other individuals
- Obtaining required consents or permissions before submitting data to the Services
- Ensuring that customer data is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for processing in the Services
- Managing user access, roles, and permissions
- Reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them
- Ensuring that use of the Services complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
10. International Data Transfers
Telco Plus may process and store information in locations where Telco Plus, Microsoft Azure, or our service providers operate. Where required, Telco Plus uses appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Telco Plus websites or web-based components of the Services may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies to support authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and Service functionality.
Users may control certain cookie settings through their browser. Disabling cookies may affect the ability to use some features of the Services.
12. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Request access to personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request portability of personal information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

If your information is processed by Telco Plus on behalf of a customer, you may need to contact that customer directly to exercise your rights. Telco Plus will assist customers in responding to privacy requests where required by applicable law or contract.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for business and enterprise use. They are not intended for children or for personal, household, or consumer use. Telco Plus does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services.
14. Marketing Communications
We may send business, product, or marketing communications to prospective or existing customers where permitted by law. Recipients may opt out of marketing communications by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting Telco Plus.
Service-related, security-related, transactional, or administrative communications may still be sent where necessary to provide or manage the Services.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice through the Services, email, marketplace listing, or other appropriate channels.
Continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means the updated Privacy Policy applies to future use of the Services.
